Nestled in south central plains of central Oklahoma, Cowy Creek Beef is the family ranch of Beau and Melissa Addison. Both raised on ranches in the Rocky Mountains, they are raising beef just for your dinner table. In a world where large-scale production negatively impacts the caliber and nutritional value of meat, at COWY Creek Beef we believe in the importance of a close connection between producer and consumer. Our passion for mouthwatering meats began in 2001. Today, years later, we maintain our traditional values and dedication to quality, while using the latest techniques to enhance the flavor, packaging and shelf-life of your next delicious dish.

STEAK BURGER
Our 1lb packages of loose steak burger is an 80% 20% mix. We call them steak burger because they taste just like the steak! Best ground beef on the market! $7.00/lb

Tender, juicy, and full of flavor the ribeye is our favorite cut off of a whole beef! $24.00/lb

STRIP STEAK
Wether you call it a New York strip or a Kansas City strip it’s still the strip side of the T-Bone! $17.00/lb

You don’t have to have a smoker to cook our amazing brisket. $12.00/lb

CHUCK ROAST
Tender, flavorful, moist, the Swiss Army knife of beef cuts! The most versatile of all cuts, wether you’re using a smoker, grill or crockpot our Chuck Roast is delicious with every bite! $10.00/lb

ARM ROAST
The lesser known little brother of the chuck roast goes great in the crockpot! Perfect to come home to after a long day of work, pot roast, Italian beef sandwiches, or shredded beef for tacos… $10.00/lb

TENDERIZED ROUND STEAK
Wether it’s chicken fried steak, Salisbury steak, or Swiss steak this pretenderized cut of beef will fit the bill. $9.00/lb

FLANK STEAK
Great on the grill, delicious fajita meat and a super lean cut, the flank steak is a rare cut because there are only 2 per beef! $14.00/lb

SHORT RIBS
Flavor, flavor, flavor! Braise them, smoke them, or crock pot them these short ribs bring all the beef flavor that you want and more! Great comfort food for Sunday afternoons! $10.00/lb

TRI TIP ROAST
Perfect for the smoker, grill, or crock pot a Tri Tip roast from COWY Creek Beef will taste amazing and become a family favorite. $15.00/lb
RECIPES
Get Ready to Dazzle

ITALIAN BEEF
Ingredients:
Arm Roast
Louie’s Italian Beef Mix Packet
1 TBL Johnny’s French Dip Au Jus
½ C Pepperoncini and juice
2 TBL Garlic
Prep time: 30 Min Cook Time: 8-10 hours
Directions:
Coat Arm Roast with salt and pepper to taste.
Place 1 tablespoon of olive oil in skillet and sear roast on all sides.
Mix Louie’s Italian Beef Mix, Johnny’s French Dip Au Jus and 1 cup water in crock pot.
Then add roast to crock pot.
Cover roast with pepperoncini and garlic.
Cook on low in crock pot for 8-10 hours, until meat is fork tender.

NANA'S SKILLET BRISKET
Ingredients:
Brisket Favorite Seasonings/Rub
1 Tbl Olive Oil 1 Tsp Liquid Smoke
Water
Prep time: 30 Min Cook Time: 5 hours
Directions:
Liberally coat brisket with favorite rub or seasoning
Heat electric skillet to highest setting – about 400°
Place 1 tablespoon of olive oil in skillet
When oil is hot sear brisket on all sides
Add 2 cups of water to electric skillet with 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
Turn skillet down to 225° and cook for 5 hours
Make sure to keep water in the skillet and never let the skillet go dry
Remove brisket from skillet and sprinkle with more seasoning and baste with juice from skillet
Wrap brisket in tinfoil and rest for 2 hours
